A2. 3D Artist (Roblox / Blender) (Remote — Vietnam)

We’re looking for a full-time 3D artist to create environments, buildings, and props. You’ll help define the visual identity of our game world.

Responsibilities

• Match our target visual style across all models
• Create optimized, assets for houses, interiors, props, and environment pieces
• Collaborate with programmers and designers to test and place models in-game
• Ensure assets are ready for integration with consistent scale, orientation, and platform compatibility

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience developing Roblox games (preferred)
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week)
• Strong proficiency in Blender (AutoCAD is a plus)
• Attention to scale, visual consistency, and player readability
• Strong understanding of visual style design and the ability to adapt to new tools and workflows

Type: Full-Time

Compensation: 30–40M VND / month
